REMO is founded and led by a Tanzanian who knows these communities from the inside and supported by international co-founders who contribute skills, networks, and resources without directing the vision. We don't arrive with pre-made solutions; we co-design every project alongside the families and leaders it serves, and we stay long enough to see outcomes through.
