Born and raised in Ngorongoro, Emmanuel is a proud son of the Maasai community whose connection to his heritage remains central to his work. He later relocated to Tanga, a personal sacrifice made to give his home region of Ngorongoro more room for conservation. Emmanuel currently also serves as Public Relations Officer at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, sharing the beauty of Ngorongoro's natural landscapes and the rich culture of its people with the world. Driven by a deep passion for community service, he founded REMO with one simple mission — together for a bright future.

Evaline is from Tanzania and based in Zanzibar. As General Manager, she helps guide REMO's day-to-day operations.

Tim is based in Switzerland and co-founded REMO alongside Emmanuel Saitoti. He has volunteered across three core projects — water access, tree planting, and ICT education — and leads REMO's digital presence, including the website, social media, and newsletter.

Jasmin is from and based in Australia. She co-founded REMO and has volunteered on the Women's Economic Initiative and the Make Me Smile school participation programme, supporting communities with hands-on engagement and fundraising.

Ezekiel is a proud son of the Tanga region and serves as Operations Manager. He is committed to creating lasting change through efficient and compassionate action, ensuring resources are used effectively to uplift and empower communities.

Laangakwa is from and based in Tanzania. As Programme Manager, he supports the planning and delivery of REMO's projects across its communities.

Dianarose is from and based in Tanzania. As Accountant, she oversees REMO's financial record-keeping, helping ensure transparency and accountability in how resources are used.
